Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 tube refrigerated pizza dough, like Pillsbury
2 Tbls. flour or cornmeal
1 c. leftover cranberry sauce
3 c. leftover turkey, chopped or shredded
2 c. leftover stuffing
2 cups aged white cheddar cheese, shredded, or cheese of your choice
olive oil
sesame seeds
leftover gravy

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Take dough out of can. On lightly floured surface, roll it out a little bigger than what it is but keep in a rectangular shape. Spread the cranberry sauce over dough in an even layer but make sure to leave about an inch border around all edges.

Layer the turkey and stuffing down the middle of dough going from on corner to the opposite corner in a diagonal line. Cover turkey and stuffing with the cheese. Bring one corner of dough up over the turkey mixture, then roll dough on an angle to make a long roll that is thick in the middle and thinner on each end. You should have turkey mixture running down the middle with some filling exposed at each end.

Brush the stromboli with olive oil then sprinkle sesame seeds on top and pat them into dough. Place onto a cookie sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until evenly golden. Serve with leftover hot gravy on the side.

Personal Notes:
If you don't like cranberry sauce, it's just as good if you leave that out.
