Mix the sugar and cream cheese, then separately mix the sour cream and vanilla. Mix those two together and pour over hard fruits. Sir

I use one bag red grapes, one bag green grapes, one or two pounds strawberries, and about 4 apples. Soft fruits do not work very well.
