1 lb. large shells
2 lb. ricotta cheese
1 lb. mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. bread crumbs
parsley
1 jar spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cook shells. Mix together the rest of the ingredients. Lightly spray a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray and cover bottom with a thin layer of spaghetti sauce. Stuff shells with the cheese mixture and place in pan. Pour the rest of the spaghetti sauce on top of shells. Sprinkle any leftover Parmesan cheese on top if desired. Cover with foil and bake 45 min. to 1 hour.
