1 bag spring salad mix
3/4 c. dried craneberries
1/2 c. pine nuts
1/2 c. feta cheese
Balsamic Vinargarette

You can prepare this two ways, either as individual salads or mix all together in one large salad bowl.

INDIVIDUAL SALADS:
divide bag of mix springs evenly on individual salad plates, spinkle each salad with craneberries, pine nuts and feta cheese. Pour on vingarette dressing to taste.

LARGE SALAD BOWL:
Mix all ingredients together in salad bowl except salad dressing, once mixed add dressing to taste, toss salad.
