1 bag seasoned croutons
3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 (12oz.) pkgs. Jimmy Dean Sausage
8 eggs
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
3 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Place croutons in a greased 9x13 pan. Top with cheese. Brown sausage and drain well on a paper towel. Sprinkle crumbled sausage over the cheese. Beat eggs with mustard and milk. Pour over and refrigerate overnight. The next day, dilute soup with 1/2 c. milk and pour over top. Bake 300 for about 1 1/2 hours. Let sit several minutes before serving.
