potatoes, washed and cut into about 1 inch cubes
onion, chopped very coarsely
garlic cloves, chopped
season salt
pepper
dried chives
parsley flakes
any other vegetables you wish
butter

Directions:

Spray a long piece of tin foil with cooking spray.
In bowl, mix all ingredients. Arrange on tin foil in a thin, long strip, sort of like the shape of a loaf of French bread. Wrap tin foil tightly around potatoes and fold over like an enclosed pouch so nothing can drip out. Grill until done.

You can use a combination of any spices/veggies you like. Use amounts of spices to your liking.
I cook until the bottom of the potatoes get crispy. These are so good and virtually impossible to screw up!
