6 green peppers
1 lb. hamburger
2 Tbls. chopped onion
1 c cooked rice
1 can tomato sauce
garlic salt
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the tops off the peppers and scoop out the seeds.
Cook hamburger and onion. Add rice, tomato sauce, garlic salt and salt to taste.
Arrange peppers in a casserole dish, fill them with the hamburger mixture.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour.
*optional* Top with shredded cheese or seasoned bread crumbs.
