6 green peppers 1 lb. hamburger 2 Tbls. chopped onion 1 c cooked rice 1 can tomato sauce garlic salt salt
Cut the tops off the peppers and scoop out the seeds. Cook hamburger and onion. Add rice, tomato sauce, garlic salt and salt to taste. Arrange peppers in a casserole dish, fill them with the hamburger mixture. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes to an hour. *optional* Top with shredded cheese or seasoned bread crumbs.
