1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
2/3 c. chopped onion
1 1/3 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Grease a 10x1 1/2 inch pie plate. Rinse broccoli under cold water to thaw; drain thoroughly. Mix broccoli, 2 c. cheddar cheese, chicken and onion. Place in pie plate. Heat milk, eggs, baking mix, salt, and pepper until smooth with an electric mixer. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake until toothpick comes out clean, about 25-30 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
