12 uncooked lasagna noodles
1 Tbls butter
3/4 c chopped green pepper
3/4 c chopped onion
1/3 c milk
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp dried basil leaves
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 12 oz container small curd cottage cheese
3 c diced cooked chicken
2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 350. Spray sides and bottom of a 13x9 in. baking dish with cooking spray. Cook and drain noodles.

While noodles are cooking, melt butter in saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook bell pepper and onion in butter, stirring occasionally, until crisp-tender; remove from heat. Stir in chicken, soup, milk, basil and pepper.

Layer noodles, chicken mixture, cottage cheese, cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, repeat. On last layer add some of the cheddar and mozzarella, then sprinkle on all the Parmesan.

Bake for 1 hour or until completely heated through and cheese on top starts to turn golden brown.
If it's starting to turn too brown before it's done, cover with foil.
