1 lb. cooked rotini pasta
3/4 to 1 lb. hickory smoked turkey breast cut into cubes (have the deli cut 1 inch slices)
1/2 pkg. dried cherries
1/2 c yellow onion or to taste
4 diced celery stalks (hold till day of)
1 c whole toasted almonds or Salad Accents, sliced almonds
1 jar Marie's Poppy Seed Dressing, or Marsetti's

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cooked and chilled pasta with cubed turkey, dried cherries, diced onion and poppy seed dressing day before.
The day of the event, add celery and almonds and more dressing because the pasta will absorb some.
