1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 T. butter
1 can (28oz) tomatoes with liquid
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. parm. cheese
1 can (4oz) mushrooms drained
1 can (2 1/4oz) sliced black olives
2 tsp oregano
1 lb hamburger, browned and drained
12 oz spaghetti, cooked
2 c. (8oz) shredded cheddar cheese

In large skillet, saute onion and pepper in butter until tender. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and oregano. Add ground beef. Simmer uncovered for 10 min. Place 1/2 of spaghetti in greased 13X9X2 baking dish. Top with half meat mixture. Sprinkle with 1 c. cheese. Repeat layers. Mix soup and water until smooth, pour over casserole. Sprinkle with Parm. cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30-35 min or until heated through
