2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1 cup diced onions (optional)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cups shredded cheese
2 cups crushed corn flakes
1/2 cup melted margarine

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Combine all ingredients except corn flakes & margarine. Put in casserole dish. Mix corn flakes and margarine, sprinkle on top.
3. Bake for 1 hour.
