12 oz. beef stew meat
2 large potatoes, unpeeled, cut into 1 in. pieces
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 to 1/4 tsp pepper
1 big can baked beans (about 32 oz) I use Bush's Baked Beans

Directions:
Directions:
In slow cooker, mix beef, potato, onion, salt and pepper.
Spread beans over beef mixture.

Cover and cook on low setting 8 to 10 hours or until beef is tender.
