1 lb. lettuce
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 head cauliflower, chopped coarsely
1 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
1 c. mayonnaise, real mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix lettuce, cauliflower, bacon and cheese in a large bowl. In small bowl, mix mayo and sugar. Add to salad, mix well. Sprinkle top with any remaining cheese and/or bacon. Serve immediately.
