6 tb confectioners sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
tsp peppermint extract
3 tsp water
1 drop green food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Place wax paper on cookie sheet. Measure confectioners
Sugar into a cup and fluff with a fork. In quart pan,
Bring to a rapid boil the granulated sugar, peppermint,
water and coloring. Add confectioners sugar all
at once. Stir. Drop on waxed paper by tsps
Variations: orange, wintergreen, etc
