8x8 pan
1 pkg lemon or yellow cake mix
1 pkg lemon instant pudding
vegetable oil
1 cup water
4 eggs


cake mix, pudding and eggs. Beat on low speed 2 minutes.
Add oil and water. Beat 2 more minutes.
Batter will be thin
Grease and flour pan 8x8 bake 350 for 35 min. test with toothpick
Once cake cools:
2 cups confectioners sugar and add juice from one
Lemon and grated rind.
Sprinkle the cake with this mix
