Can be made as a cheesecake or in individual paper cups for entertaining

2/3 cup graham crumbs
1 tsp sugar
1/3 stick of butter or margarine

Filling:
16 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 egg
Topping
Can of prepared fruit (pie filling) blueberries, strawberries, etc

Directions:

2/3 cup graham crumbs

Put cupcake papers in muffin tins if using recipe as individual tarts
Or use a pie plate or square pan 9x9 or 8x8

Mix filling ingredients together and spoon about full in pan or Tins. Bake 375 for 10 15 minutes Refrigerate

And spoon of fruit on top of each prior to serving
