1 egg, ½ cup sugar, ½ cup brown sugar, 1 tsp vanilla,
½ cup flour w/ 1 tsp baking powder, pinch of salt
2 med. Apples, peeled and slices, ½ cups nuts (optional)

Beat egg and rest of ingredients, mix and spread in 9 inch greased
Pan Bake 350 for 30 minutes
