1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1 1/2 pounds ground beef or ground turkey
1 egg -- beaten
1 Can Campbell’s Vegetable Vegetarian Soup (or any other you like)
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 large onion -- chopped
1 cup Matzo Meal (or crushed bread crumbs)

Spray a 9 x 5 x3" loaf pan well (I use PAM). Press in brown sugar, then pour on ketchup. Mix remaining ingredients. Shape into a loaf and place on top of ketchup. Bake 1 hour. Cool slightly and place platter over meat loaf. Flip so sauce will run down the sides of the meat.
