Use 4 cups water 2 ½ lbs brisket ¾ cup brown sugar 1 ½ tsp salt Pinch of pepper 5 lbs sweet potato diced 1 bunch carrots diced
Sear the meat and then add water and seasonings. Cover and cook about ¾ hour over low heat. Boil water and cook veggies about ½ hr Combine with meat and cook covered 350 2 hrs in oven. Uncover last ½ hr.
