Use 4 cups water
2 lbs brisket
cup brown sugar
1 tsp salt
Pinch of pepper
5 lbs sweet potato diced
1 bunch carrots diced


Sear the meat and then add water and seasonings.
Cover and cook about hour over low heat.
Boil water and cook veggies about hr
Combine with meat and cook covered
350 2 hrs in oven.
Uncover last hr.
