8 oz chuck steak
1 tsp toasted cumin seeds
1 tsp toasted black peppercorns
4 oz chopped scallions
2 oz chopped yellow onion
1/6 cup chopped thyme
cup veg oil
3 Serrano Chilies
1 oz salt
1 oz garlic
1 tb lime juice
1 tb worchestershire sauce
1 tsp ginger
tsp cinnamon
tsp nutmeg


Process till smooth. Place marinade on steaks and refrigerate up to 24 hours. Grill
