Noodle Pudding Recipe

1 lb noodles, medium size
1 pint sour cream
lb margarine or butter
tsp vanilla
1 lb. cottage cheese
salt to taste
4 eggs, beaten
cup sugar
cup milk

2 eggs 1 tsp sugar
2 cup milk 1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup corn flake crumbs


Cook noodles and blanch. Add butter while hot, then cheese, milk, sour cream, eggs and seasonings. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Beat eggs and milk together for topping. Pour over top of batter in pan. Add mixture of corn flake crumbs, sugar and cinnamon sprinkled on top. Bake in 375 oven for about 1 hour or until brown
