1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp.mayonnaise
1 tbsp. chopped cilantro
1 tbsp. lemon zest
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk first 4 ingredients together. Lay fish in a shallow baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Marinate the fish for just 5 minutes since citrus can cook fish.
