1 lb cooked egg noodles
4 beaten eggs
Dash salt and pepper
1 tsp vanilla
Squirt of lemon juice
cup sugar
1 pt sour cream
1 lb cottage cheese
1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
Mix together and put in greased 9x11 lasagna pan
Toppings
Graham cracker crumbs
Brown sugar/cinnamon
1 jar apricot preserves (soften in microwave)
Add a little of the drained pineapple juice

Mix together and place on the top of pudding
Bake 350 1 hr cover with tin foil
