2 cups flour 6 tb vegetable shortening 6 tb butter ½ tsp salt 5 tb water 2 tsp vinegar ½ tsp sugar
Combine water, sugar, vinegar. Set aside Cut shortening into flour, salt and butter until bread crumb Consistency. Sprinkle water into this and make a ball. Makes 2 pie crusts. Bake 325 for 10-15 min until brown
