Spaghetti Sauce – Susan

Sauté one large or 2 smaller onions in oil (about 3 tb)
In the pan that you use to cook sauce in.
Add 1 large can Italian tomatoes (pastene kitchen ready) or any
Other brand. If not ground, blend in a blender or food processor
Add 2 cans tomato paste and 4 cans of water. Bring to a boil
Add salt and pepper and 3-4 garlic cloves or garlic powder and 1
Tsp sugar. Let simmer slowly for about 2 hours.
Brown hamburg, about 1 lb and add to sauce.
