Sauté 3 onions in ¼ cup oil Add 1 slightly beaten egg and 1 lb hamburg and 1 can mushrooms – drained Then add 2 cups raw rice and 1 tb sugar, small jar soy sauce (About 2 oz), 1 can bean sprouts drained and ½ cup crushed nuts
Bake 350 for 1 hr. add juices from mushrooms and bean sprouts and add drained bean sprouts about 20 minutes before done. Keep stirring This can be done on a 12 inch fry pan on cook top too.
