I plan on just keeping the liquid in the bag and then adding more cukes and onions when this batch is gone. Even hubby likes this unsalted pickle.

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup water
1 Tb original Mrs. Dash salt-free seasoning
fresh or dried dill (I used fresh dill, snipped, 1 Tb.)
1 large sweet onion (Vidalia etc.)
6 pickling cukes, scrubbed clean (no not peel)

Directions:
Directions:

Cut the onion in half, then cut each half into slices. Cut the cukes about 1/3" thick. Combine all ingredients in a large plastic bag and refrigerate. Turn the bag over several times to redistribute the liquid. Good to eat after at least 24 hours in the fridge. Stays good to eat 5-7 days.
You won't notice the absence of salt in this quick pickle. You can, of course, add salt
