1 lb ground beef
1 c cooked rice
1 tbsp instant minced onion
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp basil
1/4 tsp pepper
8 cabbage leaves parboiled
1 1lb 12oz can Hunts Italian Style tomatoes
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef, rice, onion and seasonings. Place 1/3 cup meat mixture in each cabbage leaf. Fasten with toothpicks. Place cabbage rolls in skillet, pour Hunts Italian tomatoes over top. cover, simmer 1 hour. Remove rolls to platter. Stir sour cream and flour into liquid in pan, heat through. Serve sauce over cabbage rolls.
