cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 egg white
3 cups pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat to 325. In a bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
In another bowl, beat the egg white until frothy
Toss the nuts in the egg white. Add the spiced sugar and toss to coat
The nuts thoroughly. Spread the nuts on a baking sheet. Bake 20 min
or until they are toasted and crisp.

Remove them from the baking sheet immediately.
Store in airtight containers for 2 weeks
