1 cup walnuts, chopped fine
6 Uneeda Biscuits, rolled fine
1 cup sugar
4 eggs, separated
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat yolks with sugar until creamy. Add nuts, baking powder, crackers, vanilla. Fold in beaten whites.

Butter and flour a springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cover with fresh whipped cream. (This torte does not rise).
