1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. yogurt, low fat
1 T. fresh tarragon, finely chopped,
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
or 1/2 tsp. dried
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
2 nectarines, diced
1 c. celery, chopped
red leaf lettuce
3 T. almonds, sliced, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine mayonnaise, yogurt, tarragon, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add chicken, nectarines and celery; toss. Line platter with lettuce. Arrange chicken salad on lettuce and sprinkle with almonds.
