5 lb. bag of potatoes
1 quart milk
8 slices American cheese
1 stick margarine
1/2 cup flour
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes whole, with peelings

Make sauce: Melt margarine. Add flour, salt and pepper. Stir until well blended. Add milk and stir frequently until it thickens. Add cheese and stir until melted.

Peel and slice potatoes. Arrange a layer of potatoes, then sauce, repeating until you end with the sauce.

Bake at 425 until bubbly.
