1 head romaine letter
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 package craisins
1 lb. bacon - fried and crumbled
2 chicken breasts, cooked & diced
1 8-oz. package mozzarella cheese
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup fresh Parmesan cheese (optional)

1/2 minced red onion
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup sugar
1-1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 cup vegetable oil

Mix it all together. Add dressing over entire salad just before serving.

You will NOT have leftovers!
