1 large carton sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 lbs. ground beef
2 large cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
egg noodles
cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, garlic & onion.

Cook egg noodles, drain and set aside.

In a large pot, combine ground beef mixture with the tomato sauce, salt, sugar, cream cheese and sour cream.

Add egg noodles.

Place mixture in 9x13 casserole dish and top generously with cheddar cheese.

Bake at 375º until cheese starts to brown.
