2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 packages of Eckridge Smoked Ham (chopped)
2 tbsp. (or to taste) sweet onion chopped thin
couple shakes, no more Accent Salt
Chopped Pecans (enough to cover ball)

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together, softened cream cheese, smoked ham, onion, accent salt.
Form into ball.
Roll the ball into enough chopped pecans to coat it well. Refrigerate over night, or few hours.
