1c. Quick Oats w/ 1.5c. boiling water
1c. brown sugar
1/4 lb. butter
1c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2c. flour
1tsp. cinnamon
1tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Icing
1c.brown sugar
1/4 lb. butter
1 bag of coconut
3 T. milk
1c. pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Soak oats in boiling water and set aside.
Cream together brown sugar,butter,sugar and eggs.
Sift flour, cinnamon,soda and salt.
Mix all together and pour into greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Icing
Bring ingredients to a boil , remove from heat and spread over cooled cake.
