3 cucharadas de mantequilla
5 tazas de col corazón cortada a la juliana gruesita (4 mm.)
1 cucharadita de sal (al gusto)
1/8 cucharadita de pimienta
½ taza de crema de leche o leche evaporada

En una sartén amplia de tapa hermética echar la mantequilla a fuego de suave a mediano y dejarla que dore ligeramente; agregar la col y mezclar bien. Tapar bien la sartén y dejar hervir muy suavemente por 5 min. Mezclar y cocinar por otros 5 min. más.
Añadirle la sal, pimienta y la crema. Tapar y cocinar lento por 4-5 min. más. (Es importante que la col no se sobrecocine). Este plato estará listo cuando la col esté ligeramente tierna.
