1 box jumbo shells
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 jars spaghetti sauce
1 egg, beaten
1 (15 oz.) container cottage cheese
2 c. shredded mozzarella
2 T fresh parsley

1. Cook shells according to package directions; about 4 per person.
2. Brown meat; drain.
3. Pour sauce into meat and heat on low.
4. In bowl, combine cheeses, herbs, and egg. Spoon about 2 T of mixture into each shell.
5. In 13 x 9 pan, spread some sauce on the bottom. Place shells on top, cover with remaining sauce.
6. Bake 350 for 30 - 40 minutes, or until bubbly
