1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1 tablespoon melted butter

Filling: blueberries (sweetened with sugar to taste)

Blend batter until smooth. Heat a 6-inch, non-stick skillet and brush with butter. Place 2 tablespoons batter at a time into skillet, tilting pan to spread batter into a thin crepe. Cook one side until set. Turn out on paper towel, cooked side up.

Wash, drain, and sugar berries. Place a spoon of berries in the center of crepe. Fold into pockets. Brown in butter on both sides. Serve with sour cream and blueberry sauce.

This one might take practice. It is an old Jewish recipe given to me by a friend and it is more or less not specific. But they are great!
