4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 1/4 cup salad oil
2 cups flour
2 tsp soda
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
4 cups chopped carrots
1/2 cup nuts
ICING
3 oz cream cheese
1 stick oleo
2 tsp vanilla
1 # powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with sugar and oil. Sift together flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Add to egg mixture then add carrots and nuts. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
ICING
Mix all ingredients together and frost cooled cake.
