Put in large bowl: 2 cups boiling water 1 cup rolled oats (regular or quick) Stir Thoroughly. Let stand 1 hour. Add: 1/2 cup molasses 2 tsp salt 1 tbsp butter Put in small bowl: 1/2 cup lukewarm water 1 pkg. yeast When dissolved add to oatmeal. Stir in 4 1/2 cups flour.
Add enough flour to knead. Let rise general procedure. Bake about 50 minutes at 350º.
