1/4 c. grated Parmesan Cheese
1 10 oz.pkg chopped spinach(thawed and drained)
1 c. small curd cottage cheese
4 oz. Monteray Jack cheese (cut into 1/2 in. cubes)
3 eggs beaten
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. dairy sour cream
1 clove minced garlic (or 1/2 tsp powdered)
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 c. buttered (crushed) Pepperidge Farm stuffing
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 9 ingredients. Mix well. Put in 8 x 8 pan and top with the Pepperidge Farm stuffing and 2 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until set.
