10 oz. fresh spinach
3/4c. craisins
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
3/4 c. toasted almonds

Dressing:
1/4c sugar
1 tsp.minced onion
1 tsp. poppy seed
2 tbsp.wine vinegar
2 tbsp cider vinegar
1/4c. vegetable oil.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix spinach, craisins, and green onions well. When ready to serve, shake the dressing well and pour over the spinach mixture. Then toss 3/4c. toasted slivered almonds.
