1 whole chicken cooked in 16 cups of water
1 onion
3 or 4 carrots shredded
1 to 2 cups Minute Rice
4 chicken bouillon cubes
2 lb. Velveeta
picante sauce

In broth add onion, shredded carrots, diced celery, & rice.
Cook until rice is done.
Add bouillon cubes and chicken.
Add velveeta cheese & 1 cup picante sauce
Simmer. Makes a big batch and freezes well.
