6 pork chops - 1" thick
2 T butter
2 large McIntosh Apples
1 lg. onion, chopped
3/4 c. Sherry
1/2 c. orange juice
2 T. brown sugar
2 T soy sauce
1/2 t garlic

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet brown chops in butter on both sides. Drain fat. Cover chops with sliced apple and onion. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cover and simmer for one hour or until tender. Garnish with spiced apples rings and parsley.
