Cake:
1 cup crisco
7 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
Filling:
1 cup coconut juice
1 cup sugar
Icing:
3 cups sugar
2 cups milk
2 sticks butter
1 large grated coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the cake batter together and bake in three layers.
For filling, mix ingredients together only long enough for the sugar to dissolve, then prick cake and allow filling to soak in before icing.
For Icing: melt the first three ingredients together until thickened. Spread on cake and top with grated coconut. Repeat until all is used.
