Lean meat - trim all fat, cut into 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick slices
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons accent
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons onion powder
2-4 tablespoons dark brown sugar
2-4 tablespoons Wrights liquid smoke
2 teaspoons crushed red pepper
1/2 cups Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cups teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup soy sauce

Soak meat for 4-5 days. Dry in dehydrator at 145º for 6-8 hours or till meat is chewy.
