1-1/2 lbs. chicken, cooked & chopped or shredded
1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 (10 oz) can enchilada sauce
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies
1 garlic clove, minced
2 cups water
1 (14 oz) can chicken broth
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
salt & pepper to taste
1 bay leaf
10 oz. frozen corn
6 corn tortillas
vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup ingredients and simmer for 1 hour (3-4 hours in crockpot). Remove bay leaf.

Preheat oven to 400º. Brush both sides of tortilla with oil. Cut into strips. Put on baking sheet & bake 5-10 minutes (turning).

Sprinkle with soup
