2 packages 8 ounce light cream cheese (softened)
1 1/2 cups grated low fat cheddar cheese
2 teaspoons minced onion
1/2 cup chopped sweet pickles
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1st 5 ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Shape into a ball or log -- then roll into chopped nuts. Refrigerate for several hours.
